My dogs back leg problems? - dogs with leg problems

My German shepherd puppy as a problem of the hind legs, heels, I jump when walking in the back, not, as most dogs do not go fast by playing with other dogs
and at some point it may seem that drunk to walk
Will they grow out of it, as HES only 5 / 6 months

It is actually could be just the way they want to develop, but it sounds serious enough that I was a proper diagnosis here is my dog.

You need to bring him to the vet and see what is wrong and what you can do for him.
